Milford CT – New residential construction.

This project sitting right on the beach had 2 small existing houses significantly damaged from the super storm damage. One house was on the water that was the clients vacation home while the other served as a rental.

There were challenges along the way but we ended up creating one large home that had a separate connected apartment on the street side allowing the client to still have a rental and have their beautiful vacation home with long Island Sound views.

The main floor has an open floor plan with a Beautiful kitchen a great island and a Dining area open to a Family room with French doors out to a Large Covered Deck.

The Second Floor Has 2 Bedrooms with a Jack & Jill Bathroom and the Master Suite enjoys the water views with its own Large Deck with cable rails for a sleek modern look.
